Loyola Climate Change Conference
RWE was brought on to produce the 2017 and 2018 Climate Change Conference for Loyola University Chicago's Institute of Environmental Sustainability (IES).
RWE oversaw all components of the multi-day conference including marketing, sponsorship, registration and logistics.
In 2017, the keynote speaker was Mary Robinson, the former president of Ireland, former United Nations High Commissioner and an international leader in climate change.
2018 brought the Obama administration’s EPA administrator Gina McCarthy to Loyola. Highlights of the conference can be seen here.
Attendance at the conference has grown every year, with over 1,000 people attending the 2-day conference that includes multiple panel discussions, poster sessions where students present research projects on sustainability and attendee receptions.
